This role advises enterprise customers on AI and data adoption, shapes go-to-market strategies, and acts as a liaison between customers and global service/product teams to channel feedback for product roadmap prioritization. The role requires deep subject-matter expertise in AI and data technologies and the ability to translate technical trends into business insights.

What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as a strategic advisor to enterprise customers on AI and data adoption, helping them understand opportunities, trends, and best practices relevant to their industry
  2. Monitor the AI and data landscape — including competitor moves, emerging technologies, and regional market dynamics — to identify opportunities and threats
  3. Translate customer insights and market intelligence into actionable GTM strategies; collaborate with sales, marketing, and specialist teams to drive adoption of AI and data services
  4. Act as the bridge between customers and global service/product teams — consolidate feature requests, prioritize feedback, and advocate for regional customer needs in product roadmap discussions
  5. Represent the organization at customer meetings, industry events, and internal forums; contribute to whitepapers and market reports on AI and data trends

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, IT or equivalent
  • 5+ years of working with Data & AI related technologies, including, but not limited to, AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, and/or Storage experience
  • Deep subject-matter expertise in AI and data technologies (e.g., generative AI, machine learning, data platforms, analytics) with the ability to credibly advise customers at a strategic level
  • Demonstrated ability to translate technical trends into business-relevant insights and strategies
  • Experience gathering and synthesizing customer feedback to influence product or service direction

Nice to have

  • Master's degree or above
  • Experience presenting to both technical and non-technical executive audiences
  • Experience in the Asia-Pacific market; fluency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin
  • Familiarity with cloud-based AI and data services (e.g., generative AI, LLMs, AI agents, data lakes, analytics platforms)
  • Background working with global product or service teams in a feedback/liaison capacity
  • Proven track record of developing or contributing to go-to-market strategies
