Drives adoption and deployment of Mistral's AI solutions for industrial enterprises, working closely with customers from strategic vision to production implementation. Architects end-to-end AI solutions, integrates Mistral's models and platform into customer workflows, and owns pilots/proofs-of-value. Translates industrial engineering challenges into AI use cases and designs hybrid AI-physics pipelines.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead executive-level workshops to identify business challenges and opportunities where Mistral’s AI can drive step-change improvements.
  2. Architect end-to-end AI solutions, integrating Mistral’s models and platform into customer workflows and technical infrastructure.
  3. Own pilots and proofs-of-value, demonstrating the technology’s potential and paving the way for full-scale deployments.
  4. Translate industrial engineering challenges into AI use cases
  5. Drive adoption with engineers: Conduct hands-on workshops to upskill teams on AI-assisted workflows

Skills

Required

  • 2+ years in a client-facing strategic and technical role
  • Deep understanding of computational mechanics, numerical methods (FEM/CFD/DEM), or multi-physics simulation.
  • Familiarity with industry tools (e.g., Ansys, COMSOL, OpenFOAM, SimScale, or custom solvers)
  • Solid foundations in AI/ML/Data Science
  • Hands-on experience building and deploying AI applications (Python, JavaScript, or similar)
  • Strong business acumen and structured problem-solving skills.
  • Executive presence and strong communication skills

Nice to have

  • Experience with sales qualification frameworks (e.g., MEDDPICC).
  • Experience with value-based selling.
  • Prior experience in aerospace, automotive, or energy sectors
