This role focuses on driving the adoption and deployment of Mistral's AI solutions within enterprise clients. It involves strategic discovery, solution design, and overseeing the implementation of AI applications to achieve business outcomes. The strategist acts as a liaison between clients and internal teams, influencing product roadmaps and ensuring customer success.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead executive-level workshops to identify business challenges and opportunities where Mistral’s AI can drive step-change improvements.
  2. Co-create AI adoption roadmaps with customers, articulating the “art of the possible” and a clear path to value.
  3. Architect end-to-end AI solutions, integrating Mistral’s models and platform into customer workflows and technical infrastructure.
  4. Partner with the Applied AI team to design, prototype, and deploy AI solutions in production, ensuring scalability and impact.
  5. Act as the bridge between customers and Mistral’s internal teams, synthesizing feedback to influence product and research roadmaps.

Skills

Required

  • 2+ years in a client-facing strategic and technical role
  • Foundational knowledge of AI/ML/Data Science
  • Hands-on experience building and deploying AI applications (Python, JavaScript, or similar)
  • Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills
  • Executive presence and communication skills

Nice to have

  • Experience with sales qualification frameworks (e.g., MEDDPICC) and value-based selling is a plus.
