Position Overview
We are building an internal AI Agent Platform for Oracle LATAM, focused on automating commercial processes such as outreach, lead qualification, and campaign execution across channels like WhatsApp and other digital platforms.
We are looking for an AI Engineer to work in a hands-on capacity, responsible for developing, deploying, and optimizing AI agents within the platform. This role combines technical development with execution, working closely with business and technical teams to deliver real business impact.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience with Python or JavaScript
- Experience working with REST APIs and system integrations
- Experience with AI/LLMs (e.g., OpenAI or similar technologies)
- Experience with chatbots, conversational flows, or automation systems
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
- Advanced English
- Spanish (desirable)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with frameworks such as LangChain or LangGraph
- Experience with messaging platforms (e.g., WhatsApp APIs, Twilio, Parlant)
- Experience with cloud platforms (OCI, AWS, etc.)
- Experience with automation in sales, marketing, or customer engagement

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop AI agents end-to-end, including conversational flows, logic, and integrations
- Implement and optimize prompts, scripts, and agent behavior
- Integrate agents with APIs (e.g., WhatsApp, CRM systems, internal data sources)
- Execute internal testing, validate flows, and support go-live activities
- Monitor and troubleshoot agent performance in production
- Continuously improve agent performance (conversion rates, response quality)
- Support campaign execution and automation initiatives
- Contribute to standardization and scalability of the AI Agent Platform
- Collaborate with business, marketing, and engineering teams
