Job Description:

We are seeking a Finance AI Engineering Manager to lead the AI transformation of Finance within the SigniFi program, enabling next-generation capabilities across Transact, Treasury (TMS), FlexOps, and SAP BTP.

This role will serve as the primary AI lead for Finance Technology, responsible for implementing an AI-enabled SDLC (SASA / AI-first delivery model), accelerating Digital FTE outcomes, and embedding intelligent automation and decision support across global finance platforms.

The candidate combines AI/ML expertise, SAP technical depth, and finance proven experience, with a strong ability to translate strategy into scalable, enterprise-grade solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. AI Strategy & Finance Transformation Leadership

  • Serve as the AI lead for all Finance Technology initiatives within SigniFi
  • Define and implement the AI roadmap for Finance (Transact, TMS, FlexOps)
  • Drive the transition toward Digital FTE and AI-augmented operations
  • Identify and prioritize high-value AI use cases across Finance processes

2. AI-Enabled SDLC (SASA) Implementation

  • Design and implement AI-first SDLC frameworks across SigniFi:

    • AI-assisted design (FDS/TDS generation)
    • Automated code generation & testing
    • Intelligent defect prediction and resolution
  • Embed AI copilots and automation tools into development workflows

  • Standardize AI-driven development practices across teams and vendors

3. AI Solutions Development & Deployment

  • Lead the design and deployment of:

    • Predictive analytics (e.g., forecasting, anomaly detection)
    • Intelligent automation (RPA + AI)
    • Generative AI solutions (code, documentation, finance insights)
  • Integrate AI capabilities into:

    • SAP S/4HANA (Transact / CFIN)

4. SAP BTP & AI Architecture

  • Leverage SAP BTP AI services and external AI platforms to build scalable solutions
  • Design clean-core compliant AI extensions

5. Digital FTE & Productivity Acceleration

  • Define and track Digital FTE metrics and value realization

  • Drive automation to:

    • Reduce manual effort

6. Data, Governance & Responsible AI

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field

  • 8+ years of experience in technology, with exposure to AI/ML and enterprise systems

  • Strong experience in:

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

$102,000.00 - $177,100.00

Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).

Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

Vacation –120 hours per calendar year

Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year

Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year

Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year

Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child

Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
