Lead Technical Program Manager for AI initiatives within JPMorgan Chase's Consumer & Community Banking division. This role focuses on leveraging enterprise-authorized AI capabilities to enhance program planning, risk synthesis, and reporting, ensuring successful delivery of technology projects that align with business goals. The TPM will manage project plans, identify and mitigate risks, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and champion agile methodologies. A key aspect is the validation and responsible use of AI-assisted tools in program management workflows, with a strong emphasis on data sensitivity and human oversight.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of technology solutions
  2. Uses enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to accelerate program planning and risk synthesis (e.g., consolidating inputs into integrated plans, RAID, and executive-ready updates), validating outputs and handling data according to sensitivity requirements
  3. Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing contingency plans to maintain project and program momentum
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business stakeholders, to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
  5. Promotes reuse-first, AI-assisted practices for program governance and reporting, ensuring human review and alignment to delivery standards

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization
  • Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to support program management workflows with strong validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity
  • Ability to review and validate AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations before use, escalating when uncertain and following data handling expectations
  • Advanced expertise in stakeholder management, with the ability to establish productive working relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams and clients
  • Advanced experience in utilizing technical fluency, including knowledge of vendor products and managing vendor relations, to enable on-demand access to shared pools of applications and services
  • Proven track record of effectively managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Demonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities
  • Strong ability to learn and quickly pick up AI tools and methods
  • Exceptionally comfortable and confident in presenting to high level stakeholders
  • Strong in managing multiple projects and fire drills
