This role is for an AI Native Account Executive at Fireworks AI, a company building generative AI infrastructure. The AE will drive adoption of Fireworks' platform among GenAI startups by engaging with technical teams, identifying use cases, and guiding customers through evaluation and onboarding. The role requires understanding technical concepts like inference, model tuning, and GPU architecture, and translating customer feedback into actionable insights.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own a portfolio of GenAI-native startup accounts and drive adoption across key use cases
  2. Actively identify, engage, and qualify new high-potential prospects through warm outreach, events, and network-driven channels
  3. Lead technical and product conversations with founders, ML engineers, and infra leads
  4. Help customers get live quickly by coordinating onboarding, benchmarking, and integration efforts
  5. Work closely with internal teams to shape tailored solutions, POCs, and fine-tuning approaches
