This role is for an AI Operations lead to embed within a RevOps team to automate GTM workflows using AI agents. The individual will identify opportunities for automation, build agentic workflows, own the AI context layer, and lead enablement for sales, marketing, and CS teams. The role requires staying current with AI advancements and prototyping new solutions.

What you'd actually do

  1. Audit GTM workflows across sales, marketing, and CS to identify high-impact opportunities for AI and agentic automation.
  2. Design and build agentic workflows using tools like Clay, Claude, and Hightouch that replace manual busywork and accelerate pipeline
  3. Own the AI context layer. Build and maintain Claude skills, Glean knowledge resources, knowledge graphs, and other systems that make our AI tools smarter over time
  4. Stay obsessively current on new AI releases, models, and tooling. Prototype fast, cut what doesn't work, and bring what does back to the team
  5. Lead enablement across GTM teams. Train reps, marketers, and CSMs on new AI-powered workflows and drive sustained adoption.

Skills

Required

  • Experience in RevOps, GTM Operations, or Solutions Engineering
  • Comfort with APIs, prompts, and stitching tools together
  • Ability to thrive without a playbook

Nice to have

  • Experience building enrichment and outreach workflows with Clay
  • Experience building with Claude, including skills, custom prompts, and agentic workflows
  • Familiarity with knowledge graphs and building AI context layers (Glean, vector search, RAG systems)
  • Background at a data or developer tools company
  • Experience with Hightouch or the composable CDP / data activation ecosystem
  • Experience running internal enablement or training programs
