This role supports the evolution of Payments Sales by contributing to AI strategy and advancing GenAI solutions to enhance sales productivity and client engagement. It partners with sales, AI, and product teams to embed emerging capabilities into the sales lifecycle, improve client throughput, and accelerate solutioning. The role also involves translating business needs into actionable insights, enhancing AI-driven platforms, and evaluating AI trends.

What you'd actually do

  1. Support translation of sales priorities into AI strategies, product requirements, and technology initiatives
  2. Contribute to “voice of sales” efforts by capturing and synthesizing client and field insights
  3. Assist in prioritization, readiness, and adoption of GenAI sales tools to enhance productivity
  4. Partner with Data, Product, and Platform teams to support delivery of AI-enabled solutions
  5. Identify opportunities to streamline the sales lifecycle and improve efficiency

Skills

Required

  • Experience within Payments, Treasury Services, or Financial Services Sales
  • Foundational understanding of AI/ML concepts, particularly GenAI applications
  • Ability to translate business needs into structured requirements or insights
  • Experience working across business, product, and technology stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present clearly to stakeholders
  • Awareness of governance and risk considerations in AI or technology deployment
  • High attention to detail and ability to synthesize information
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver against deadlines
  • Collaborative team player with strong stakeholder engagement skills
