The AI Platform Administrator is responsible for the operational governance, security, lifecycle management, and enterprise adoption of AI agents and agentic capabilities across the organization. This role serves as a platform lead helping to define strategy for agentic AI solutions across Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, Anthropic, and use of LLMs within the enterprise. The position ensures AI solutions are deployed securely, comply with corporate governance requirements, align with enterprise architecture standards, and deliver measurable business value. The AI Administrator works closely with developers, architects, cybersecurity, compliance teams, platform engineers, and business stakeholders to establish a scalable and governed AI ecosystem.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage AI platforms, configuration settings, agent deployment policies, and capacity allocations.
  2. Manage AI platform configuration, licensing, consumption capacity, and feature enablement.
  3. Support enterprise onboarding processes for AI developers and business users.
  4. Define and manage agent registration, ownership, and lifecycle processes.
  5. Implement governance controls for agent discovery and ownership attestation.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Science, or related discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience administering enterprise technology platforms.
  • Deep understanding of agentic platforms, Large Language Models (LLMs), data grounding, orchestration, agentic automation, MCP services, responsible AI guardrails, and agent development
  • Knowledge of citizens development, ALM strategies, security/compliance, and platform/operations management
  • Experience configuring and administering one or more of the following platforms: Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, and Anthropic
  • Experience with scripting languages, full stack, and AI development using programming languages such as Power Shell, Python, C#, and Java
  • Understanding of agile project management, good communication, and team collaboration
