This role focuses on architecting and implementing AI-powered developer platforms for digital native and startup companies, emphasizing agentic development workflows, multi-agent ecosystems, and autonomous coding agents to improve engineering productivity. The architect will guide teams in adopting these tools, integrating them with DevOps practices, and ensuring security and governance.

What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with Digital Natives and startup engineering teams to design and implement AI powered developer platforms that improve software engineering productivity and velocity.
  2. Guide organizations in adopting Copilot CLI and other agentic development tools that bring AI directly into the developer workflow and terminal experience.
  3. Architect multi agent development ecosystems using platforms such as Agent HQ, enabling interoperability across AI coding systems including Copilot, Claude, and Codex.
  4. Help engineering teams adopt autonomous coding agents that can automatically generate pull requests, resolve issues, create tests, and assist in maintaining codebases.
  5. Design AI native DevOps workflows where automation and intelligent agents are embedded across the GitHub development lifecycle.
