This role focuses on building and shipping AI-powered internal solutions for go-to-market functions, leveraging LLMs and agent frameworks to drive operational efficiency and reshape how sales, marketing, or customer success teams operate. The candidate will own the AI transformation strategy, translate vision into a roadmap, lead technical design, and deliver production-grade automations, communicating directly with executive leadership.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the AI transformation strategy for a specific GTM function, defining a roadmap that delivers measurable operational impact.
  2. Build and ship AI-powered solutions using LLMs, agent frameworks, and AI coding tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code).
  3. Lead technical design and architecture decisions, creating reusable components that accelerate future AI development.
  4. Deliver production-grade automations that fundamentally reshape how sales, marketing, or customer success teams operate.
  5. Communicate progress, business impact, and demos directly to executive leadership.

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years in technical product management, PM / software engineering, early-stage startups, or GTM engineering roles.
  • Technical degree (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or similar).
  • Coursework or practical experience in AI/ML, product development, or entrepreneurship.
  • Prior experience in product management or software engineering, ideally with exposure to AI-enabled products.
  • Strong understanding of LLMs, AI agents, and contemporary AI tooling.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python preferred) and comfort using AI-assisted development tools.
  • Clear communicator capable of influencing senior and executive stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Experience in enterprise software environments collaborating with cross-functional teams and translating operational needs into scalable AI solutions.
  • Internships or research roles in AI/ML labs.
  • Hackathon participation, open-source contributions, or product-focused side projects.
  • Portfolio or GitHub showcasing self-directed AI projects or tooling.
