AI Product Manager

Verizon Verizon · Telecom · Basking Ridge, NJ +8

Product Manager to drive the vision and execution of AI-powered marketing solutions. This role involves partnering with marketing leaders to understand challenges, design AI systems, and own the full lifecycle from discovery through launch. Responsibilities include strategic vision, hands-on prototyping with AI agents and frameworks (Claude Code, Python, LangChain), building core AI capabilities, engineering RAG pipelines, developing guardrails for safety and compliance, establishing MLOps best practices, and providing technical leadership. The role requires a systems thinker who uses code to validate ideas and has experience shipping products end-to-end, particularly agentic systems or multi-step AI workflows.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the long-term AI product vision, identifying high-friction areas in marketing (e.g., audience discovery) and architecting AI-powered solutions to solve them.
  2. Lead rapid prototyping (POCs) by personally developing initial versions of AI agents, using Claude Code, Python, LangChain, or similar frameworks to prove value before scaling.
  3. Build and maintain the core AI capabilities ensuring they are scalable, reusable, and have easy integration across common marketing/sales tech stacks.
  4. Engineer RAG pipelines and context-aware systems that democratize data access for non-technical users, reducing "time-to-insight" from weeks to minutes.
  5. Develop and code automated "human-in-the-loop" guardrails to ensure all AI-generated content meets legal, privacy, and brand-safety standards.
