AI Product Marketing - Senior Associate

JPMorgan Chase JPMorgan Chase · Banking · New York, NY +1 · Corporate Sector

This role focuses on marketing an LLM Suite product within JPMorgan Chase's AI Solutions and Business Enablement team. The primary responsibility is to create and scale marketing assets, content, and campaigns to drive user adoption and shape the product's brand expression. The role involves translating complex product capabilities into clear narratives for various personas and audiences, and managing content systems for high-volume delivery. While the company develops AI solutions, this specific role is in product marketing, not direct AI/ML development.

What you'd actually do

  1. Produce a high volume of polished marketing assets across formats — including feature launch packages, campaign materials, announcements, training content, executive-ready presentations, and event collateral such as signage, booth graphics, and decks.
  2. Create and edit video content, including sizzle reels, product demos, explainer videos, and event recaps, with hands-on capability across the full editing workflow.
  3. Distill complex product capabilities and proof points into clear narratives that resonate with different personas and audiences.
  4. Support web content updates and digital asset publishing through Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), keeping content current, accurate, and on-brand across digital touchpoints.
  5. Stay fluent in emerging formats — short-form video, lightweight motion graphics, interactive content, and community/message-board surfaces — and proactively bring new tools and approaches back to the team.
