JPMorgan Chase is seeking an AI Products Associate to support the development, delivery, and adoption of AI-powered products, including Gen AI and agentic AI offerings, within the APAC Chief Data & Analytics Office. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, contributing to product roadmaps, and ensuring solutions are secure, compliant, and aligned with business needs in a regulated financial services environment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Assist in the execution of the regional strategy and roadmap for Analytics and AI products, ensuring alignment with global and regional objectives.
  2. Support the development, launch, and lifecycle management of Analytics and AI products, including Gen AI and agentic AI offerings.
  3. Collaborate with business and technical teams to help drive AI adoption and product alignment.
  4. Contribute to the integration of AI capabilities into new and existing products, leveraging modern AI toolkits.
  5. Support prompt engineering and workflow design for secure, scalable AI interactions.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Applied Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting product, project, or technology delivery, preferably in financial services.
  • Experience assisting with AI-powered product development or adoption in large organizations.
  • Understanding of product development lifecycle, technical design, data analytics, and emerging AI technologies.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and supporting stakeholder requirements.
  • Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and support team members.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the financial services industry, particularly in APAC.
  • Experience working with or supporting globally distributed teams.
  • Familiarity with compliance, risk, and regulatory requirements for data and AI products.
