This role is for an AI Solutions & Delivery Manager in the Business Controls Group at SoFi, a financial services company. The manager will lead the application of AI, including Generative AI and Agentic AI, to risk and control operations. Responsibilities include defining AI strategy, designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered solutions (like LLM agents and automated analysis), managing the AI product lifecycle, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring governance, risk, and compliance within a regulated environment. The role requires technical leadership in evaluating and integrating AI tools and platforms, with a focus on improving control testing, reporting, and overall process efficiency.

What you'd actually do

  1. Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions (including LLM-based agents, automated evidence analysis, and intelligent workflow tools) that deliver measurable improvements to BCG operations.
  2. Serve as technical lead for the Business Controls AI Engineering function.
  3. Manage end-to-end Generative AI and Responsible AI governance for BCG solutions, including documentation, validation, monitoring, explainability, and adherence to internal policies and emerging AI regulations.
  4. Partner with BCG leadership to define the AI solutions vision and roadmap for 1LOD risk and controls, based on business use case prioritization and scorecard evaluation.
  5. Manage the end-to-end AI product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering through development, testing, launch, and post-launch optimization.
