We're looking for an AI Solutions Engineer who thrives at the intersection of customer engagement, AI innovation, solution design, and enterprise transformation. In this role, you'll partner directly with customers to discover opportunities, design intelligent workflows, prototype agentic AI solutions, and guide them from concept to production.

What You'll Do Discover Opportunities
- Partner with customers to understand their business goals and operational challenges.
- Lead discovery sessions with business stakeholders, functional experts, architects, and delivery teams.
- Identify high-value opportunities where AI can improve efficiency, quality, and customer outcomes.
Design Intelligent Workflows
Map current and future business processes.
Translate conversations and requirements into:
- Process flows
- User stories
- Acceptance criteria
- Solution designs
- Implementation plans
Define where AI agents should automate, collaborate, or defer to human expertise.
Build AI Solutions
Configure and prototype agentic workflows using:
- AI models
- Low-code platforms
- APIs
- Integrations
- Orchestration frameworks
Design intelligent decision paths, guardrails, human approvals, escalation logic, and recovery strategies.
Validate & Deliver
- Work closely with engineering teams to move prototypes into production.
- Define testing approaches, expected behaviors, edge cases, and operational safeguards.
- Present solutions to customers and incorporate feedback into continuous improvements.
Drive Customer Success
- Support deployment and adoption.
- Help customers build confidence in AI-enabled workflows.
- Identify adoption barriers and work collaboratively to resolve them.
- Capture successful patterns that can be reused across future customer engagements.

What You Bring
You have experience with:
- Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Implementation, Technical Consulting, or Product Delivery
- Building or configuring AI-powered or agentic workflows
- Taking solutions from discovery through rollout and adoption
- Translating business needs into technical solutions
- Working effectively across business and technical stakeholders
- Breaking down complex problems into structured, actionable requirements
You also demonstrate:
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Systems thinking and process analysis
- Sound judgment on where automation adds value—and where humans should stay involved
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a customer-first mindset
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with any of the following is a plus:
- Agent orchestration platforms
- Low-code development platforms
- Workflow automation tools
- APIs and enterprise integrations
- Model Context Protocol (MCP)
- Webhooks and tool calling
- AI evaluation and observability
- Human-in-the-loop workflow design
- Enterprise SaaS implementations
- Oracle applications or ERP platforms

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $91,400 to $187,000 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
