Hightouch is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Engineer to partner with Account Executives in driving the technical sales motion for their AI platform, focusing on AI agents for marketing workflows. The role involves deep discovery, architectural solutioning, product demonstrations, and technical validation with enterprise clients. The Solutions Engineer will build technical relationships, guide customers through complex buying committees, and become a trusted advisor in the intersection of agentic AI and cloud data warehouses.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead technical discovery to deeply understand a customer’s data architecture, marketing workflows, and business objectives; and translate that into differentiated requirements and a compelling solution design.
  2. Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations and architectural solutions spanning Hightouch’s Customer Studio, Identity Resolution, Match Booster, and Agentic Marketing Platform.
  3. Run proof-of-concept engagements end-to-end: scoping, designing, executing, and validating with the discipline and rigor required to close complex enterprise deals.
  4. Build deep technical relationships with data engineers, architects, and marketing technologists becoming their trusted advisor.
  5. Navigate complex buying committees, engaging confidently with technical teams, marketing leaders, and C-suite executives

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of progressive enterprise pre-sales or solutions engineering experience

  • Experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS company scaling through a significant inflection point.
