AI Solutions Specialist

This role focuses on helping enterprise customers implement and operationalize AI visibility, governance, and automation capabilities within the Island AI Platform. Responsibilities include leading discovery workshops, demonstrating AI capabilities, building and deploying AI agents that interact with web applications and data sources, analyzing application behavior for automation, testing AI deliverables, troubleshooting, and providing guidance on AI security and governance best practices. The role requires experience across the AI lifecycle, exposure to RPA and AI frameworks, and strong communication skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. Collaborate with customers to gather process and AI strategy requirements, clarify objectives, define success metrics, and align priorities with Island’s AI Platform capabilities.
  2. Configure and deploy AI visibility and governance capabilities that provide transparency into AI usage, enforce compliance standards, and support responsible enterprise AI practices.
  3. Build, configure, and deploy AI agents that interact with web applications, APIs, MCPs, and various data sources through the Island Browser.
  4. Analyze application behavior (DOM structure, APIs, events, and network calls) to design, optimize, and adapt automation strategies.
  5. Test and validate AI deliverables to ensure quality, reliability, and alignment to customer objectives prior to deployment.

Skills

Required

  • 1+ years of software development and/or scripting experience.
  • 1+ years of sales or customer-facing experience in technical or enterprise environments.
  • Exposure to RPA platforms (UiPath, Blue Prism, etc.)
  • Experience working across the AI lifecycle — from ideation and model development to deployment and monitoring.
  • Exposure to AI visibility and governance solutions, ensuring compliance and safe AI adoption.
  • Exposure to AI frameworks, prompt engineering, MCPs, or AI agent orchestration tools.
  • Understanding of the role and value of MCPs in enabling secure, governed, and connected AI use cases.
  • Knowledge of DOM manipulation, event handling, and asynchronous programming.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with the ability to translate business objectives into AI deliverables.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently while collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) with ability to write, debug, and optimize code.
  • API integration knowledge.
  • Prior experience serving enterprise level customers.
  • Prior experience partnering with development teams and customers to iterate on EA products and features.
  • Experience in agentic AI bot development or large language model integration.
  • Web scraping background.
  • Familiarity with SAML2 and FIDO2 based authentication technologies.
