AI Strategist, Generative AI Innovation Center

This role focuses on supporting customers in enhancing their business or operational outcomes through the use of advanced and emerging technologies like generative AI and machine learning. The AI Strategist will partner with customers and internal AWS teams to craft industry-specific programs, drive sales opportunities, and ensure customer success in deploying proof-of-concept projects and production solutions. The role involves educating customers on AWS value propositions, conducting workshops, and operationalizing best practices for holistic generative AI/ML adoption within enterprises.

What you'd actually do

  1. Bring alignment between customer’s technologists and business leads; help them to explore the art of the possible with generative AI and machine learning, and to develop a roadmap to deliver business value in the most effective way
  2. Discuss complex industry-specific business concepts with executives, line managers and technologists
  3. Engage with various AWS teams, including applied scientists, solutions architects, business development, marketing, industry specialists, partners and regional organizations
  4. Drive large, complex sales opportunities from ideation, through vision building and scoping, all the way to closure and into delivery
  5. Ensure customer success in ideating and deploying proof of concept projects on the AWS platform, and enable them to move forward in learning from the PoC project to deliver production solutions

Skills

Required

  • Experience as technical specialist in design and architecture
  • Experience in database (eg. SQL, NoSQL, Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Kinesis)
  • Experience in consulting, design and implementation of serverless distributed solutions
  • Experience in cloud based solution (AWS or equivalent), system, network and operating system
  • Experience in external or internal customer facing, complex and large scale project management
  • Experience with one or more object-oriented programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python)
  • Experience integrating AWS cloud services with on-premise technologies (e.g., Microsoft, IBM, Oracle, HP, SAP)
  • Experience in automation or monitoring frameworks, deployment or development
  • Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery
  • Experience implementing a cloud-based technology solution, or experience with one or more of the following domains: systems administration (Linux/Window), network administration (DNS, IPsec, BGP, VPN, Load Balancing), or programming

Nice to have

  • Experience in database like NoSQL, or experience in Hive/Spark/Hbase/Yarn and experience in any Bigdata architecture
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, computer science, data science, engineering, or other related field, or experience in consulting, design and implementation of serverless distributed solutions
