AI Tech Partner Lead

This role focuses on building and managing strategic technology partnerships within the AI ecosystem, driving product integration and go-to-market motions with AI platform companies. The individual will define Amplitude's AI partner strategy, work with product and engineering teams on integrations, and build executive relationships with partners. The role requires technical fluency and experience in technology partnerships or business development, ideally within AI infrastructure or AI-integrated products.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the full partnership lifecycle for a portfolio of strategic AI technology partners — from initial identification and deal structuring through joint GTM execution and long-term growth.
  2. Define Amplitude's AI partner strategy: which companies to prioritize, what value we offer them, and how we build durable commercial motion with each. This includes sell-with, sell-through, and co-build plays.
  3. Drive product integration roadmaps with partners. Work directly with Amplitude's product and engineering teams to ensure our platform is deeply embedded where AI companies and AI-native builders need analytics, behavioral data, and experimentation.
  4. Build and maintain executive relationships inside partner organizations — VP and C-level. Bring partnership context into major deal pursuit with Amplitude's sales team, and into Amplitude's own product planning process.
  5. Stay sharp on the AI ecosystem: model providers, developer tooling, AI-native apps, agentic infrastructure. You should be the person internally who knows which companies matter, why, and what the partnership motion looks like.

Required

  • 7–12 years of experience in technology partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances
  • Demonstrated track record of building high-impact technology partnerships that drove measurable revenue or product outcomes
