What you'd actually do

  1. Serves as a senior change practitioner on integrated change and activation efforts, translating business strategy into practical, people-centered approaches that drive field impact.
  2. Leads complex internal activation efforts as a Customer Zero practitioner, applying firsthand experience with Microsoft solutions to inform adoption strategies and scalable best practices.
  3. Gathers and analyzes qualitative and quantitative input from field, partner, and internal stakeholders to generate actionable insights that inform change and program decisions.
  4. Leads a portfolio of change and activation initiatives, defining success measures and performance metrics, recommending course corrections, and connecting outcomes to business impact.
