Aircraft Assembly Structures Mechanic (Level B or C) for Boeing Commercial Airplanes' 787 production in North Charleston, SC. Responsibilities include interpreting intricate drawings, using hand tools and diagnostic equipment, applying chemical solvents and coatings, inspecting work quality, and adhering to safety and quality standards in a manufacturing assembly environment. Requires ability to work variable shifts, perform physical tasks, and use computer software. Must meet export control compliance and complete a virtual job tryout assessment.

  • 1+ year experience in a manufacturing, technical, or mechanical field, including equivalent education or military experience, performing work with basic hand, power, and/or pneumatic (air) tools
  • Must be a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.62

  • 3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, technical, or mechanical field, including equivalent education or military service
  • 1+ years of composite experience
