This role is for an Aircraft Assembly Structures Mechanic at Boeing, focusing on the assembly of aircraft structures in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include interpreting technical drawings, following detailed work instructions, adhering to safety and quality standards, and using various tools and equipment. The role requires physical stamina and the ability to work with chemicals and in a production setting. It is not AI/ML related.

  • Ability to complete and maintain Confined Space and Fall Protection certifications, if required
  • 1+ year experience using software applications such as internet navigation, email, Microsoft Office Suite, and/or other specialized computer applications
  • 1+ year experience following detailed work instructions, reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, or specifications, along with successful completion of training and knowledge assessments involving mathematical calculations, all conducted in English
  • 1+ year experience in a manufacturing, technical, or mechanical field, including equivalent military experience, performing work with basic hand, power, and/or pneumatic (air) tools

Nice to have

  • 3+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 1+ years of composite experience
