This role supports a repair station by managing administrative, procurement, and customer-facing tasks related to aircraft wheels and brakes. It involves managing work orders, creating quotes, coordinating parts, and assisting with audits.

What you'd actually do

  1. Open, track, and close repair station work orders efficiently to maintain proper production flow.
  2. Create accurate service quotes based on inspection data and transmit them to customers in a timely manner.
  3. Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing status updates and answering inquiries professionally.
  4. Ensure materials and parts are readily available by purchasing, transferring, and stocking inventory.
  5. Coordinate the new Part Set-up process within the inventory system to keep records updated.

Skills

Required

  • Working knowledge of SAP or a similar Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Proficiency with the MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Nice to have

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience using SAP or similar aviation management ERP software
  • Background working in an aviation maintenance, repair station, or aerospace parts distribution environment
