Boeing is seeking an Airplane Delivery Documents Inspector to review and compile essential aircraft records, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include operating office equipment, data entry, verifying part numbers, and creating delivery documents. What you'd actually do

  1. Refer job handicaps and discrepancies to a higher classified employee or supervisor for resolution.
  2. Compile and maintain necessary files, records, and reports related to aircraft parts and inspections.
  3. Operate office equipment, including computers, typewriters, and copy machines, to perform administrative tasks.
  4. Type and distribute flight reports and other documentation as required.
  5. Conduct pre-document record reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance.
  • 3+ years of experience using software applications for internet navigation, email, Microsoft Suite and/or other specialized computer applications.
  • 1+ years of experience in data/file management (e.g. ability to organize, sort, label, scan, and otherwise manipulate paper and electronic inspection records as required).
  • Ability to work in confined spaces.
  • Ability to walk constantly throughout the workday; stand 6-8 hours per day; climb or work from stairs/steps up to 8 hours per day; climb ladders; bend and twist frequently up to six hours per day; squat and kneel.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
