All up Round Integrated Product Team Lead (iptl) (onsite)

Lead an Integrated Product Team (IPT) for an All Up Round (AUR) Hypersonic Weapon System, managing cost, schedule, technical execution, and supplier relationships. This role requires strong program management, design, analysis, integration, and testing experience within the aerospace and defense sector, with a mandatory active security clearance.

What you'd actually do

  1. Cost and schedule responsibilities for the IPT and sub-tier suppliers. Report business metrics to both the program and functional leadership including Estimates At Complete (EAC)
  2. Ability to provide the technical execution leadership required to design, develop, integrate & test, verify, qualify and deliver an AUR that complies with performance requirements and Design To Cost targets.
  3. Ability to communicate both to the Raytheon leadership and the customer community to provide program status, accomplishments, issues, and help needed.
  4. Strong prime material procurement experience including knowledge of material planning
  5. Develop and maintain a mechanical drawing execution strategy and metrics reporting

  • Task leadership
  • AUR design, analysis, build, integration, test, and HAR process
  • Airframe design, integration, assembly, test, checkout and/or production
  • Primary and secondary structures for missiles or similar application
  • Electro-mechanical integration and system level V&V
  • Program management tools (EVMS, IMP/IMS, Risk/Opportunity Management)
  • Secret U.S. government issued security clearance

Nice to have

  • Active Top Secret Clearance
  • Managing large teams in a technical capacity
  • Platform integration or Flight Test experience
  • Environmental risk reduction testing and design mitigation strategies
  • Proven ability as an Integrated Product Team Lead (IPTL)
