The candidate will develop training materials, deliver technical training, and serve as a primary technical resource for partners, collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and exchange insights. What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and adapt diverse training materials focused on Salesforce solutions, security protocols, and platform architecture.
  2. Contribute to the annual training strategy, ensuring the curriculum incorporates the latest solution updates and adheres to industry best practices.
  3. Conduct comprehensive, practical training sessions, ranging from foundational to advanced levels, to enhance partner technical proficiency.
  4. Systematically organize and maintain all educational resources, including session recordings, demonstration scripts, and localized success stories.
  5. Serve as the primary technical resource for partners, addressing inquiries related to Salesforce and its features.

Skills

Required

  • IT or solution consulting experience
