Alternating contract for an engineer/pharmacist in project management within the Packaging & Devices department at Eli Lilly's Fegersheim production site. Responsibilities include contributing to machine impact analyses, participating in new format qualification, coordinating cross-functional teams, updating documentation, managing project timelines, identifying process improvements, and standardizing operating procedures.

What you'd actually do

  1. Contribute to machine impact analyses (new formats, adjustments, tooling).
  2. Participate in the preparation and execution of new format qualification (protocols, line trials, data collection & analysis).
  3. Coordinate exchanges between production, engineering, QA, and supply.
  4. Update production documentation and line support materials.
  5. Follow up on project progress and lead coordination meetings.
  6. Map and analyze flows (decondensation, labeling, potential recoding).
  7. Identify quality losses, irritants, or risks and propose solutions.
  8. Monitor actions, manage the project plan, prepare progress updates (staff, teams).
  9. Contribute to operational deployment in the field.
  10. Standardization of operating procedures.
  11. Data analysis (defects, rejections, line edges).
  12. Participation in optimization projects (A3, 5Why, PDCA).
