This is an apprenticeship role for an Assistant Restaurant Manager at Disneyland Paris. The role focuses on team management, coaching, supervision, communication, and optimizing restaurant results, including quality, sales, and administrative tasks. It requires a background in hospitality or restaurant management and strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. animating, supervising and motivating your team, preparing briefings and field plans.
  2. coaching your collaborators and sharing your skills to cultivate team spirit.
  3. checking the setup and organization of teams before, during and after the restaurant service, and responding to specific requests from our visitors.
  4. ensuring communication between kitchen and dining room teams, as well as other departments and welcoming new employees (permanent/seasonal/temporary) to the team.
  5. participating in the managerial strategy of the service (quality monitoring, sales, cash handling and administrative monitoring, compliance with safety and hygiene rules etc.).

Required
