Alternance - Assistant.e Relations Presse Studio (h/f)

This is an apprenticeship role for a Press Relations Assistant within the Studio department at The Walt Disney Company France. The role involves managing press contacts, drafting press releases, coordinating with digital teams, contributing to PR strategies, organizing press events, and monitoring press coverage. The position is based in Paris and requires strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with a preference for candidates with prior experience in the cinema industry.

What you'd actually do

  1. Contacts with journalists (telephone follow-ups, drafting press releases, push emails, sending video and iconographic materials to the media...)
  2. Collaboration with digital teams for the creation of material adapted to websites and web press relations.
  3. Participation in discussions on PR strategies adapted to each news item (most of the time film launches).
  4. Participation in the organization of events related to film releases (premieres, press screenings, follow-up of provincial press needs), but also for Disney+ channels and merchandise and Disney+ products.
  5. Reception of the press report in English for the European and American office. Management of the French version for product managers.
  6. Updating and monitoring communication tools developed within The Walt Disney Company France (journalist contact files, Wiztrust, Onclusive)
