This is an alternance (internship) position at Merck for a Digital Marketing and Customer Knowledge Specialist. The role involves supporting the deployment and optimization of digital and omnichannel marketing campaigns, as well as contributing to customer knowledge development by analyzing customer and digital data in collaboration with BI and Data Science teams. The goal is to understand behaviors, needs, and journeys of healthcare professionals and patients to derive actionable insights for optimizing engagement strategies and personalization.

What you'd actually do

  1. Contribute to the definition, monitoring and optimization of digital campaign KPIs, and analyze their performance by channel against objectives.
  2. Participate, with the data teams, in the implementation of tools and processes for collecting and exploiting data useful for marketing and business decisions.
  3. Coordinate the operational monitoring of digital marketing activations.
  4. Contribute to the analysis of customer and digital data (campaigns, journeys, content usage) in collaboration with BI and Data Science teams.
  5. Participate in the construction of actionable customer insights to optimize engagement strategies, campaign personalization and omnichannel experience.
