This role is for a Design Facilitation Lead in Apple's WW Enterprise Sales organization. The primary responsibility is to design and lead immersive workshops and demonstrations for enterprise customers, illustrating the potential of the Apple platform to solve complex business challenges. The role involves collaborating with sales and marketing teams, evangelizing design thinking, and driving strategic decisions with C-suite executives.

What you'd actually do

  1. Architect and lead high-impact design sprints, workshops, and immersive sessions with C-level executives to solve complex horizontal and vertical workflow challenges.
  2. Innovate new ways to bring Apple technology to life. Create hands-on, interactive experiences that let enterprise customers touch, feel, and truly understand the transformative power of our ecosystem.
  3. Partner deeply with Sales, Product Marketing, Business Markets, and Channel Interactive teams to translate customer needs into customized, scalable engagements that drive critical business outcomes.
  4. Champion design thinking methodologies internally and externally. Act as a trusted advisor and evangelist for Apple's platform technologies, roadmaps, and competitive landscape.
  5. Diagnose complex organizational challenges, facilitate alignment across large cross-functional teams, and guide stakeholders toward clear, well-reasoned decisions.

  • Exceptional ability to compellingly present, influence, and facilitate strategic discussions with C-suite leaders and senior executives
  • Deep fluency in structured design methods (journey mapping, service blueprinting, design thinking frameworks, prototyping)
  • Strong craft skills using tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Exceptional communication skills with a unique talent for translating complex technical concepts and rationale into compelling narratives for non-design and non-technical audiences
  • Proven track record of managing multiple partners, navigating competing priorities, and coordinating complex cross-functional teams to achieve common sales objectives
  • Extensive, hands-on experience evangelizing emerging technologies in a business context

Nice to have

  • Experience working in an Executive Briefing Center, Customer Experience Center, top-tier Consulting firm, or similar high-profile customer engagement environment
  • A background in product marketing, technology consulting, technical evangelism, or enterprise solutions architecture
