Americas Executive Briefing Center (ebc) Program Lead

Apple Apple · Big Tech · Cupertino, CA · Sales and Business Development

This role is responsible for leading the Americas Executive Briefing Center (EBC) program, focusing on creating world-class briefing experiences for enterprise customers. The lead will act as a consultant to sales, marketing, and product teams, build relationships, and use the EBC as a strategic lever to influence sales outcomes. The role also involves empowering internal experts, exploring emerging technologies like AI and Spatial Computing to enhance the EBC experience, and measuring program impact. While the role explores emerging technologies like AI, its core function is program leadership and sales enablement, not direct AI/ML development or research.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own and elevate the regional EBC program. You will design and deliver memorable, high-stakes executive briefings that align Apple’s priorities and industry insights with account-specific objectives.
  2. Act as a trusted consultant to sales, marketing, and product teams. You will proactively build a pipeline of high-priority EBC engagements, using the center as a strategic lever to strengthen executive relationships and solve real business challenges.
  3. Build and manage a premier regional discussion leader program. You will coach account teams and internal experts on briefing preparation, facilitation, and follow-through to ensure compelling, resonant presentations.
  4. Continuously explore how emerging technologies—like AI and Spatial Computing—can amplify the EBC experience. You will identify content gaps, steer the creation of new assets, and leverage talent across the broader Apple business to showcase our platform advantages.
  5. Monitor program impact through data-driven analysis and compelling storytelling. You will collaborate with Facilities, IT, Security, and Operations to maintain a flawless environment while engaging stakeholders to surface opportunities for continuous improvement.
