Americas Technical Validation Manager

This role is for a Technical Validation Manager at Adobe, focusing on leading a team to deliver high-quality technical validation engagements, including proofs of concept and hands-on labs, for complex enterprise deals. The manager will be responsible for the strategic direction, execution quality, prioritization, and operational excellence of the Hands-on Lab (HOL) program in the Americas, collaborating closely with Sales and Solution Consulting leadership.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead execution and help set the strategic direction of the Americas HOL program by incorporating input from senior practitioners, field teams, and subject matter experts, which informs regional and global HOL strategy.
  2. Define and evolve HOL engagement models, balancing quality, consistency, scalability, and impact.
  3. Serve as a core execution leader within the HOL Center of Excellence, operationalizing standards, guidelines, and reusable frameworks.
  4. Collaborate closely with SC leadership to ensure that HOL engagements align strategically with deal objectives, opportunity value, and customer context.
  5. Vet incoming validation requests, confirm alignment to deal strategy, and determine the appropriate validation approach, advancing and aligning on exceptions as needed.
