Job Description
The Procurement Analyst (Mid-Level) will be responsible for supporting sourcing and supplier management processes for services, ensuring efficiency, competitiveness, and alignment with company strategies.
This role involves cross-functional collaboration with local, regional, and global stakeholders, contributing to value creation and strengthening procurement governance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage procurement tickets and purchasing requests;
- Support end-to-end sourcing and contracting processes for services;
- Engage with suppliers, conducting commercial and contractual negotiations;
- Draft, negotiate, and manage contracts;
- Maintain and control supplier and contract data repositories
- Monitor KPIs and support spend analysis and supplier performance tracking;
- Lead or support business reviews with suppliers and stakeholders;
- Build strong relationships with internal customers across local, regional, and global levels;
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and procurement guidelines.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English
- Intermediate level of Spanish
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
