This role focuses on the technical analysis of cabin assembly processes within manufacturing, covering production, costs, quality, safety, and environmental compliance. The Analista de Manufactura will identify and implement process improvements, monitor equipment reliability, provide technical support, and train personnel. Key responsibilities include analyzing drawings, implementing engineering changes, ensuring correct use of tools, inspecting the work environment for safety risks, and collecting data on safety, quality, and production. The role requires problem-solving skills, effective communication, and knowledge of manufacturing processes like APQP and safe work practices.

What you'd actually do

  1. Work closely with the manufacturing engineer to provide support during production line shifts and administrative activities.
  2. Analyze and follow drawings/specifications to ensure product and customer specifications.
  3. Track the implementation of engineering changes.
  4. Implement and maintain in use tools/Poka yoke/materials to ensure correct use on the assembly line.
  5. Train and ensure the follow-up and reliability of the cabin assembly work instruction with the operators.

Skills

Required

  • Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, Electrical Engineering or related field (In process and/or completed)
