Intel is seeking an Analog Circuit Design Engineer to design, simulate, and verify analog circuits for advanced process nodes, focusing on high-speed SerDes (112/224Gbps). The role involves optimizing circuits for power, performance, area, and yield, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Experience with EDA tools and CMOS technologies is required.

What you'd actually do

  1. Design, develop, and implement analog circuits for advanced process nodes focused on high-speed 112/224Gbps SerDes Design, including TX, RX and PHY clocking circuits.
  2. Perform circuit design, parameter extraction, and analog behavior modeling to meet circuit and block microarchitecture specifications.
  3. Create and execute test plans to validate functionality, reliability, and performance of designs, ensuring compliance with specifications.
  4. Optimize circuits for power, performance, area, timing, and leakage while addressing trade-offs in circuit design.
  5. Collaborate with architecture and layout teams to design circuits that deliver robust functionality and superior electrical capabilities.
