Analog Circuit Design Engineer responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing analog and mixed-signal circuits in advanced process nodes, contributing to Intel's IP solutions and shaping the future of computing and communication systems.

What you'd actually do

  1. Design, develop, and optimize analog circuits, including analog behavior models, GPIO, PLLs, LDOs and ADCs for industry-leading IPs.
  2. Perform floor planning, circuit design, and parameter extraction, ensuring robust functionality and adherence to microarchitecture specifications.
  3. Simulate and verify designs to optimize circuit performance, power, area, timing, and yield goals.
  4. Create and execute detailed test plans to verify circuit functionality and evaluate results based on performance metrics.
  5. Collaborate with architecture and layout teams to design circuits that maximize robustness, electrical capabilities, and functionality.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent experience per business needs.
  • 10+ years of experience in analog circuit design with a Bachelor's degree, or 8+ years with a Master's degree.
  • Proficiency in CMOS technologies, circuit simulation, circuit testing, and analog fundamentals.
  • Expertise in analog behavior modeling, analog power circuits, and analog electronics.
  • Technical knowledge of LDO, clocking circuits and analog to digital converters.
