Analyst, Demand Management

This role supports Visa's Technology Management organization in managing the lifecycle of technology demand across hardware, software, and services. It involves partnering with stakeholders to track, plan, and execute the company's technology strategy and budget, manage the demand pipeline, and develop reports and dashboards for visibility into demand trends and portfolio health. The role also involves coordinating with procurement, vendor management, and finance teams, and assisting with purchase orders and renewal tracking. Experience with ServiceNow ITAM, SAM, or HAM modules, proficiency in Excel, and familiarity with technology budget processes are preferred.

What you'd actually do

  1. Support the development and execution of multi-year technology demand plans, tracking hardware asset deployments, software license needs, and services consumption.
  2. Manage the technology demand pipeline including intake, tracking, and reporting of requests for hardware, software, and vendor services.
  3. Partner with technology, finance, and procurement stakeholders to translate demand requirements into actionable plans aligned to budget constraints.
  4. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards providing visibility into demand trends, budget utilization, and portfolio health.
  5. Maintain asset inventory baselines and support technology refresh and organic growth planning.

Skills

Required

  • 2+ years of relevant work experience and a Bachelors degree, OR 5+ years of relevant work experience

Nice to have

  • 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
  • Experience with ServiceNow ITAM, SAM, or HAM modules for demand or asset tracking.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, modeling, and reporting.
  • Familiarity with technology budget processes, purchase orders, and maintenance renewals.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present data to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Exposure to ITIL or IT asset lifecycle management concepts.
