The Analyst, Employer Branding - LATAM role at Warner Bros. Discovery is responsible for executing the employer brand strategy in the LATAM region, focusing on the Mexico Capability Center. This involves developing and promoting a compelling employer story, attracting and engaging talent, collaborating with stakeholders, producing creative assets, and measuring campaign success. The role requires experience in social media, branding, creative project management, strong storytelling, editorial skills, and relationship building.

What you'd actually do

  1. Help develop and execute Warner Bros. Discovery’s employer branding strategy in the LATAM region, with a specific focus on our Mexico Capability Center, identifying and highlighting key differentiators that set the company, its culture, and practices apart from competitors
  2. Effectively understand and clearly relay Warner Bros. Discovery’s values and mission both internally and externally to increase internal engagement and attract external talent
  3. Collaborate with appropriate stakeholders (Talent Acquisition and the wider People & Culture team incl.Total Rewards, Wellbeing, L&D, Internal and Corporate Communications, as well as our individual brands and business units) to accomplish company and team priorities
  4. Partner closely with various brand marketing teams to produce, coordinate and manage creative assets for the Warner Bros. Discovery career site(s), various social media channels, hiring campaigns, and more
  5. Identify new opportunities to elevate the brand in region through research studies, lead competitor reviews, understand industry best practices and nurture partnerships

Skills

  • 3-5 years experience in social media, branding and/or creative project management
