Analyst, International Finance

This role supports international finance operations by providing financial analysis, reporting, and insights that help guide business decisions across global markets. The Analyst, International Finance partners with regional and global stakeholders to ensure accurate financial planning, performance tracking, and compliance.

What you'd actually do

  1. Support international financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities across regions and markets.
  2. Prepare and analyze management reports, variance analyses, and performance dashboards for regional and global finance leaders.
  3. Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies.
  4. Conduct financial analyses of business results, trends, and drivers to support decision‑making.
  5. Collaborate with regional finance teams to standardize reporting and improve financial processes.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of relevant finance or accounting experience
  • Foundational knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and trends.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and standard financial systems or reporting tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a global, cross‑functional environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and compliance.

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree or MBA with a finance or business concentration.
  • Experience supporting international or regional finance activities.
  • Exposure to multinational business environments or shared service models.
  • Knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP reporting standards.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and financial reporting tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Hebrew or additional European/EMEA languages preferred.
  • CPA, ACCA, or similar certification preferred but not required.
