This role supports procurement and supply chain operations for externally manufactured products, focusing on the Jabil manufacturing partnership. Responsibilities include analyzing supplier performance, assisting with supplier management, supporting contract administration and purchase order management, collaborating with cross-functional teams, identifying supply risks, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Support procurement and supply chain activities related to externally manufactured products, with a focus on the Jabil partnership.
  2. Analyze supplier performance data (cost, delivery, quality, capacity) and prepare reports, dashboards, and insights for stakeholders.
  3. Assist with supplier management activities, including issue tracking, corrective actions, and follow‑up on performance commitments.
  4. Support contract administration, pricing updates, and purchase order management in accordance with procurement policies.
  5. Collaborate with Operations, Planning, Quality, Finance, and Engineering teams to support production continuity and operational execution.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Operations, Finance, or a related field
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience in procurement, supply chain, operations, or a related analytical role
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop clear, actionable insights
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and standard business reporting tools
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-based, cross‑functional environment

Nice to have

  • Internship or early career experience supporting supply chain, procurement, or manufacturing operations
  • Exposure to contract manufacturing or supplier‑facing roles
  • Experience working with ERP or procurement systems (e.g., SAP or similar platforms)
  • Familiarity with basic supply chain concepts such as demand planning, inventory management, or supplier performance metrics
  • Interest in developing a career in procurement or supply chain operations
  • Supply Chain or Procurement certifications (e.g., APICS, CPSM, CIPS) preferred
