This role is part of the Safety Team at SpaceXAI, specifically within the Law Enforcement Response Team. The primary responsibility is to manage global information requests, ensuring accurate and timely processing while upholding user privacy and freedom of expression. The role involves collaboration with international teams, process improvement, handling emergency requests, identifying anomalies, and maintaining clear communication. A working proficiency in Japanese is required for reviewing legal documents. The position emphasizes detail-orientation, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

What you'd actually do

  1. Handle global information requests, including document intake, processing, and tracking, with a focus on accuracy and timeliness. This role will initially focus predominantly on EMEA casework.
  2. Collaborate with Law Enforcement Response Team members in the U.S., EMEA, and Singapore to prioritize requests and ensure consistency in operations.
  3. Continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency and consistency in handling legal requests.
  4. Participate in an on-call rotation, working closely with the Safety Team to provide timely responses to emergency requests from around the world.
  5. Identify anomalies or unusual patterns in requests and escalate ambiguous policy issues as needed.
