The Analyst, Learning Admin/Help Desk role supports the day-to-day delivery of learning programs by serving as a first-line Learning Administration and Help Desk resource. This role administers learning systems, resolves access and enrollment issues, coordinates training logistics, and maintains accurate learning records to ensure a smooth learner experience and enable workforce readiness and compliance.

What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as the primary learning help desk contact, responding to learner and manager inquiries related to training access, enrollment, completions, and system navigation.
  2. Administer learning management systems (LMS), including course assignments, session scheduling, roster management, and completion tracking.
  3. Troubleshoot basic learning system issues and escalate more complex technical problems to appropriate support teams.
  4. Coordinate logistics for instructor‑led and virtual training sessions, including communications, materials, attendance tracking, and post‑training follow‑up.
  5. Maintain accurate learning records, reports, and documentation to support audits, compliance, and business reporting needs.

Skills

Required

  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in learning administration, HR operations, shared services, or a help desk/support environment.
  • Experience providing customer support via ticketing systems, email, or chat in a professional environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple requests with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams).

Nice to have

  • Experience supporting or administering a Learning Management System (e.g., enrollment, reporting, troubleshooting).
  • Familiarity with training coordination, virtual learning platforms, or HR systems.
  • Experience working in a global or shared services environment.
  • Ability to identify process gaps and suggest practical improvements
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain processes to non‑technical users.
