This role supports the National Revenue Sharing Application (NRSA) within Customer Accounting Technology. Responsibilities include testing system changes, resolving issues, enhancing processes, translating business requirements into technical specifications, and supporting third-party integrations. The role also involves developing automation solutions, data reporting, ETL processes, and using Python and SQL for data transformation and analysis.

What you'd actually do

  1. Participating in technical projects aimed at addressing system defects, enhancements, and ensuring data integrity
  2. Working with technical teams to test and implement system upgrades and releases
  3. Translating functional requirements into technical specifications to support system implementations
  4. Acting as a higher-level escalation point for complex system support cases
  5. Implementing innovative solutions and policy changes to improve processes and customer service
