Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with team leader in managing insurance programs on operation risks of the company and provide support on various risk management functions, including onsite risk assessment, in-house advices, claims monitoring and trends analysis etc.
- Proactively coordinate with broker for operations and construction insurance coverage, as part of the risk management strategy to minimise risk exposure and drive cost efficiency
- Liaise with different LOBs and Corporate Risk Management for potential risk scenarios and workaround
- Drive the preparation of proper Business Continuity Plans for various business interruption scenarios at HKDL.
- Support annual insurance renewal
- Collaborate with other LOBs and brokers in claims management particularly on cast members' work injury, guest claims and property damage.
- Support liquidity analysis by compiling data for modelling and assessment
- Perform control testing and process review for compliance
- Ad-hoc projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Work experience with insurers and detailed understanding in various insurance programs and claim management
- Independent contributor with critical thinking and problem solving skills.
- Good communication skills and experienced in presentations.
- Familiar with Microsoft office, Excel and Powerpoint.
- Good command of spoken and written in English and Cantonese.
