What you'd actually do

  1. Manage day-to-day GSTR cases and act as regional process owner and SME
  2. Support the administration and analysis of compensation and benefits programs across APAC markets.
  3. Assist with annual compensation processes including salary review, incentive planning, and benchmarking activities.
  4. Conduct market pricing analyses using survey data to support pay competitiveness and internal equity.
  5. Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to support Total Rewards decision‑making.
