This role is for a Workday Recruiting specialist responsible for solution design, configuration, and enablement of Workday Recruit and connected recruiting technologies. The specialist will configure and optimize Workday Recruiting to improve recruiter and candidate experiences, drive process standardization, and ensure reliable delivery of improvements. They will partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, and Technology partners, and support the broader recruiting technology ecosystem including tools like HireVue, LinkedIn Recruiting, and HiredScore.

What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as the primary hands-on SME for Workday Recruiting, owning end-to-end configuration and functional design for sophisticated recruiting needs (requisitions, candidate pipelines, interviews, offers, templates, notifications, rules/eligibility, and related business processes).
  2. Translate recruiting business requirements into scalable, secure Workday Recruiting solutions, producing clear functional documentation (process/design, configuration decisions, and impacts).
  3. Lead configuration build and iterative refinement in Workday Recruiting; proactively find opportunities to simplify workflows and standardize practices across regions/business units.
  4. Partner with stakeholders to support and improve the recruiting technology ecosystem, including experience with tools such as HireVue, LinkedIn Recruiting, HiredScore (and other relevant sourcing, assessment, CRM, scheduling, and job distribution solutions).
  5. Motivate change delivery through disciplined testing: build test scenarios/scripts, execute unit/regression testing, coordinate and support UAT, and manage defect triage through resolution.
