Senior Workday HRIS Analyst with over 6 years of experience in configuring Workday's Compensation and Payroll modules. This role focuses on implementing scalable, compliant, and globally harmonized processes, acting as a subject matter expert to optimize and support Workday solutions. The analyst will collaborate with HR, Total Rewards, and Payroll teams to deliver stable solutions covering the employee lifecycle, requiring a blend of HR/payroll functional knowledge, deep Workday technical expertise, and the ability to lead complex initiatives.

What you'd actually do

  1. Act as senior functional and technical owner for Workday Compensation (including Advanced Compensation) and Payroll, ensuring solutions are scalable, compliant, and aligned with business needs
  2. Design, configure, enhance, and continuously support compensation and payroll processes, balancing user experience, operational efficiency, auditability, and control
  3. Support and lead annual and off-cycle compensation planning activities, including merit, bonus, equity award, and promotion processes, along with the design and governance of associated business processes
  4. Independently manage and deliver medium to large-scale projects and enhancements, including stakeholder alignment, requirements gathering, prioritization, testing, and post-production support
  5. Troubleshoot complex system and process issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable, scalable solutions; provide guidance on Workday best practices, process standardization, and governance to improve system maturity and operational excellence within the People Technology landscape
